Raised Access Floor Isolation Pads

A hybrid of the widely specified CMS Danskin Acoustics saddle levelling system coupled with the proven technology of Raised Access flooring systems

Raised Access Floor Isolation Pads Description

The CMS Danskin Acoustics Pedestal Levelling Floor System is a hybrid of the widely specified CMS Danskin Acoustics saddle levelling system coupled with the proven technology of Raised Access flooring systems, blending together the components to achieve deeper floor systems with acoustic properties. In many installations, the floor provides a useful void for services, although larger items such as soil pipes or ducting could not be accommodated, as building a higher floor void meant using deeper timbers such as I joists, supported on resilient Saddles, to replace standard timber support bearers.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

  • It creates deeper usable floor voids, allowing larger services to be routed easily.
  • The resilient pedestal headcap provides reliable acoustic performance.
  • Adjustable pedestals make levelling quick and accurate on uneven substrates.
  • The system removes the need for I-joists and noggins, maximising void space.
  • Components bond directly to concrete, making installation straightforward and clean.

APPLICATION

  • Datacentres, offices, hotels, retail, call centre

You can include our batten and levelling systems in your NBS specification to simplify acoustic floor design.
