The leisure industry has expanded in recent years particularly with gyms becoming more widespread across the country. This brings with it challenges to control the noise generated in these areas to prevent disturbances to other more noise sensitive areas of a building such as noise from dropped weights, bowling balls, sound and bass created in cinemas and hotels with events and exhibition spaces.
